 Service Agreements are available in 2 options:

  • Annual Service Agreements
  • Service Only

 

 

Annual Service Agreement

An Annual Service Agreement ensures a consistent level of care for your instrument with regular scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Regular maintenance not only preserves the long-term value of your instrument and ensures optimum results it is also the best insurance possible for your business.

We reduce your servicing costs by programming our visits to all customers in the same area, in the same visit. We also monitor your instrument and advise you of potential issues, and plan the timely replacement of wearing parts to remove the risk of your instrument failing. Additionally our Service Agreement's allow for one emergency breakdown per annum, free of travel and labour charges representing significant savings.

The key features of our Annual Service Agreements are:

  • Scheduled dates for Preventative Maintenance visit (x1)
  • Allowance for one emergency breakdown repair (per annum)  free of labour and travel/ transport charges.
  • You have access to our Service Engineers for un-limited over-the-phone consultation on system problems as well as calibration support when you require it.
  • Faster prioritised support.

Options available for additional charges (options will vary depending on the instrument type):

  • Additional preventative maintenance visits each year
  • Additional emergency breakdown visits
  • On-site calibration support
  • Non-consumable parts included
  • Customised options tailored to your business

 

Service Only Agreement

A Service Only Agreement is available for areas and instruments not serviced by our Annual Service Agreement options. This option provides for a single on-site Preventative Maintenance visit, programmed to occur concurrently with our other scheduled service work in your region. Pre-booking essential.

  • One Preventative Maintenance visit ,on-site at an agreed time and location

Commissioning and Installation Services

Our experienced Engineers can provide on-site commissioning and installation of all instruments we support. Commissioning and installation by our Engineers is ideal for when instruments are being relocated from one plant to another or instruments have been purchased privately and need to be re-installed. Combine this service with a preventative maintenance visit to ensure your instrument is in optimal condition before comissioning.

  • Installation and commissioning by an experienced factory trained Engineer;
  • Can be combined with a preventative maintenance service;
