Fertiliser Nutrient Analysis
Fertiliser Analysis Using Segmented Flow Analysers
For Fertiliser analysis we recommend macroflow Segmented Flow technology. The complex sample matrix and the high level of reproducibility required for the fertiliser industry makes the AA3 HR ideal for this application. A dissolved sample can be analysed for N, P and K within 8 minutes. Finished products and raw materials can be analysed on the same system. The analysis rate is 30 to 60 samples per hour, depending on the parameter and the system. Several parameters can be analysed in parallel from the same sample.

Multitest Methods
Specially developed for Fertiliser analysis, these Seal Analytical multitest methods enable the measurement of several different parameters with one analytical cartridge or manifold. When changing from one test to another only the reagents and the colorimeter filter need to be changed.
Multitest methods are ideal for laboratories with small to medium workloads, or where some tests are required only occasionally, as there is no need to invest in a separate manifold for each chemistry.
The MT7 and MT8 multitest methods for Fertiliser analysis incorporate a dialyser to eliminate interference from colored samples. Ranges can be varied by changing sample pump tubes.
